Who can resist the lovely, yellow poofs from Martha Stewarts Craft line?
Liana scattered the table with pinecones, yellow votives, and birch tube vases filled with dahlias.

Inspired by Lena Corwin’s infamous wedding, Liana spent 18 months thrifting vintage plates for her own wedding. You think this would be more expensive route to take over renting, but in reality it tends to be a lot cheaper. Liana only spent on average $1 per plate and was able to sell the 100 plus plates she collected after the wedding, so when all the costs add up together it ended up being a great cost effective alternative and it complemented the aesthetic of the wedding.

Liana and her father made tons of homemade elderberry jelly to give out to guests as favors.

Liana had Big Sur Bakery create lemon and chocolate cupcakes plus a mini cake for her and Troy to cut. She purchased the lovely cakestand from Room Service Home.
Stay tuned for Liana’s charming invitations coming up next…

I love love love her mini cake. It is absolutely precious. I am looking to do something similar for my own wedding, so that image is going in my inspiration folder.
I love this wedding. Those velvet ribbons and pretty vintage dishes… They did a great job pulling their wedding together.c
I love everything about this wedding! Great colors and details – esp love the centerpieces with birch bark and pine cones.
Okay, wow. Does she want to get married again, to…say…Me?! Fabulous! I hope my wedding is a tenth of hers!
Truly lovely details! Beautiful.
I’m in detail heaven :)
I was just so pleased to spot her vintage plates – I own the lower one! What a fantastic idea and totally fitting with her theme.
just love the lively, woodsy color scheme! beautiful!
I’m in love with Big Sur and this wedding theme is just so smart and simple! I wouldnt have it any other way if I lived near Big Sur!!
I am planning my wedding in Illinois, and have pretty much the same theme going as you did. I am even buying the same cakestand! If you still have any decor you want to get rid of, please let me know! I’d be happy to purchase! lmdudgeon@gmail.com
I’m wearing the same dress for my upcoming August wedding! Did you wear a veil at all? Our wedding is a vintage-y farm/barn wedding. I’m torn between a birdcage and mantilla veil for this dress. Any suggestions?
My bad, e-mail me if anybody has any suggestions, thanks!!
