She later developed the company as an online wedding publication and resource to provide newly-engaged brides with inspiration and tools to plan their dream wedding. Her editorial eye and passion for helping brides plan inspired weddings has helped Once Wed rise above the ranks as one of the top wedding websites in the world. Once Wed greets over 6 million visitors a year with a daily social reach of 400k+ followers.

Emily has been quoted as an entrepreneurial and wedding expert in Inc Magazine, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Boston Globe, Brides Magazine, Cosmopolitan Bride, and NBC Today. Once Wed was named Most Glamorous Home Based Business in 2010 by MSNBC.

Her role as a Creative Director can be seen in campaigns for Fuji Film, Williams-Sonoma, Zola Registry, Allure, and Freixenet. She lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband and daughter.
