We both live in Melbourne, so it was quite the adventure to organise the wedding in another State, and a rural town at that! Many of our guests wondered why we decided to get married in McLaren Vale. It really didn’t have anything to do with our everyday life, nor was it a place we grew up in (Armin is German and I grew up in Brisbane). Essentially, its the place where we fell in love! So, when thinking of the most perfect location to host our special day, we immediately thought of this region and the opportunity to share it with all our guests. There are so many wonderful things about McLaren Vale – the wine, restaurants, beach and countryside. And after the 15th March, our wedding! The weekend went amazingly and everyone had a wonderful time. We were very privileged to have been able to share our day with our loved ones in one of the most perfect places on earth for us.

Of course, the details are perfect…but it makes me smile to see that the newlyweds are happy and so in love. It’s so obvious to see how much fun they had.

Such a beautiful wedding.. Mclaren Vale is just breathtaking, it holds a special place in my heart because my husband & I were engaged in Mclaren Vale and for our wedding we bought all the wines from the region… It truly is a beautiful place of rolling hills, gorgeous coastline, superb food and wine and lovely people!
