Flower Arrangement

One key to my idea of modern rustic, especially when it comes to weddings, is to keep most things simple and more on the minimal side of the spectrum, but then, carefully choose a few places to be lush and unruly. The flowers are a natural place to do this….as are the dresses. Thats why those somewhat wild and flowy dresses look so good in the inspiration board.

(By the way, I have searched and searched for dresses like those to share with you and….you’re better off having some made. I found one that’s nearly identical BUT its $1100. And I found a few others that were kind of close but also $500-900. Just find someone who’s good with silk chiffon and show them the picture.)

I LOVE the flowers being loose and lush in a rustic setting! So true about keeping things simple and on the minimal clean side to tap into the contemporary.

“lush and unruly”….beautiful way to describe this bouquet, it looks beautiful.

I LOVE those flowers. And I will die a happy woman (in 70 years) if Mr. Villa photographs just one of my bouquets. That’s all I need in this life…
