Romantic Wedding Dresses from Alexandra Grecco

At Once Wed, we are big fans of wedding dress designer Alexandra Grecco. The design house is known for their feminine designs, each with a unique wisp of romance that perfectly suits the less-traditional bride. The Fall 2016 bridal collection was inspired by botanical gardens, evident in dainty frills, floral-inspired embroideries, and detailed laces.

Read on for more inspiration from the designer herself, Alexandra Grecco:
“The Alexandra Grecco Fall 2016 bridal collection was inspired by vintage photographs of botanical gardens.  Our palette this season was a mix of champagne, a bright captivating lilac, off-whites and ivory, and our classic vintage blue.  Our embroideries were particularly special as they were made with laser cut silk flowers and vines, topped with crystals for a subtle sparkle. We also used the most gorgeous laces sourced from France and Italy as well as luxurious satins.

We asked M.K. Sadler to photograph our campaign because we love the way she captures movement.  Ballet is always such a strong theme behind our collections so it was important to us that we had the right person convey that for us.  As always, we had Ariel Dearie create some dreamy florals for the shoot.”
