With summer officially upon us, it’s bittersweet to look back at the fleeting beauty of spring. Because we know there are many of you who love those slightly chilly spring days, we wanted to share this romantic bridal portrait session from Christine Donee Photography. There are so many things to love here — the bride’s amazing hair is an obvious first choice. With two bouquets that uniquely celebrate the colors and freshness of spring, and two amazing lace dresses, we couldn’t be more in love.

More from the floral designer, Jessica at Ellamah:
“Spring is one my favorite times of the year because in the midst of change there is so much promise. However, it is also fleeting and can be quite consuming with so much happening so fast. With that in mind this shoot was inspired by this abundant time with the desire to take a step back to enjoy the environment before it flees again. With soft and ethereal gowns against lush scenery and soft light, Christine Donee captured the essence of this season with anticipation of what lies ahead for the coming year.”
