Visualizing a seaside wedding turns your thoughts to the romance of warm ocean breezes and breathtaking sunset vistas. This inspirational editorial brings that in spades, at the same time as completely re-defining the standard style of a seaside wedding. Pulling inspiration directly from the sunset itself, we have to say that this fresh color combination, simple tablescape, and natural hair and makeup style is an exciting change from the blue-and-white nautical ideas often offered for weddings. This bold choice is perfectly completed in a bouquet that encapsulates the shades of warm reds and oranges in a sunset, with its own movement and shape that undulates like the gentle lap of the waters.

From the photographer:
“The inspiration for this shoot was the ethereal sea. We wanted to bring together the raw, rugged beauty of the rocks along with the delicacy of the dresses and the light. Our model understood our vision perfectly and had beautiful movement throughout the shoot. The florals, although simple, were stunning and added the perfect amount of color to our shoot. The florals ended up matching the sunset perfectly. It was definitely a majestic editorial shoot.”

A seaside wedding is no doubt romantic. I love the bride’s wedding dress in this gallery – the long sleeves is unexpected. However, it renders a romantic and soulful touch to the wedding. The second dress is also equally stunning. The beaded details make the gown look more delicate.
