Can you imagine how thrilled your new husband would be to receive some boudoir shots of you right before your wedding? And what if yours were taken abroad before your destination wedding like these stunning shots from Laura Murray Photography and Jessica of Fine & Fleurie?! These are so fun, and you’ll be able to look back over these special shots for years to come!
This shoot took place in the incredible cliff side city of Polignano a Mare, in the South of Italy. We drew our inspiration for this project from the spirit of this artful and charming city: the pastel colors of the sun-washed buildings, the architecture where old and new overlap and create an aesthetic that is decidedly classic and surprisingly modern at the same time. For our boudoir shoot we chose a retro-style lingerie set from handmade designer Ohhh Lulu which paired perfectly with a hand-crafted hair vine that is a modern take on a classic Roman laurel wreath and the pretty turquoise accents found in the cityscape. Laura and I love boudoir and firmly believe it’s something every bride should consider and in this we wanted to show a unique and playful approach to boudoir.
