The newest issue of Kinfolk Magazine has a great story by Amy Merrick about drying herbs during the fall season. Although flowers will always be the most popular choice for wedding decor, I love the idea of taking a more hands on approach to your arrangements, bouquets, boutonnieres, etc by gathering and drying herbs in your home or garage.
It’s something I definitely want to try once we have a little more space in our own home. Check back tomorrow for a tutorial on how to create boutonnieres out of dried herbs!
