Since 2007, we’ve provided our customers with a better alternative by offering truly ethical and traceable rings free from conflict diamonds, dirty gold, and child labor.

Our story began when David Rhode was looking for an engagement ring but couldn’t find a jeweler who could tell him where their diamonds had come from, or the conditions under which their jewelry was produced. The more he looked into the industry, the more compromises he discovered he was being asked to make. From blood diamonds to dirty gold, to sweatshops and child labor. Together David and his friend Tim Ingle launched Ingle & Rhode in 2007 to offer an ethical alternative to the traditional luxury brands.

We source pure gold and platinum from only certified Fairtrade or recycled sources. Our diamonds and gems can be traced back to mine of origin, and aren’t just guaranteed conflict-free, but come only from suppliers that treat workers with dignity and respect and mitigate their impact on the environment. All of our jewelry is designed and made in the UK, and our craftsmen and women are amongst the most respected in the industry. Their extraordinary talents show in the exquisite finish of each and every one of our pieces.
