Explore the Atlanta History Museum’s award-winning and intriguing changing exhibitions when using the Allen Atrium and Exhibition Hall spaces. For a one-of-a-kind experience, include the Grand Overlook for a spectacular evening event. This ballroom accommodates up to 500 seated and features a barrel vaulted ceiling, Brazilian cherry-wood floors and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the magnificent Quarry Garden. Outside spaces around the Museum building include and intimate courtyard and museum terraces that include an amphitheater. Kennedy Theatre has 118 fixed seats and two classrooms are also inside the Museum. McElreath Hall is one of our most versatile spaces, containing a 400-person auditorium, a sky-lit atrium and the Members Room, our boutique ballroom. The Members Room offers a warm and gracious atmosphere with three crystal chandeliers and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Quarry and Asian American gardens.
