This White by Vera Wang ballgown is a standout. From its unique color and texture, to the voluminous skirt sure to make you feel like a princess, it is a dress that will set you apart from a sea of brides in white and ivory.
My husband of five years and I purchased this beautiful gown in anticipation of throwing a large, fairytale wedding. As a geographically separated military couple, though, we eventually elected for a more intimate wedding to be able to move to the same base and be together. The smaller wedding called for a smaller (vintage lace tea-length) dress, and therefore, this Vera Wang dress has never been worn or altered.
More than anything, I want another bride to be able to wear the gown, which I know will make the right woman feel absolutely beautiful. The dress is full of thoughtful details, from its row of fabric buttons to its embellished sash (included), and the overall effect is stunning.
The dress is still available on the David’s Bridal website.
I have additional close-ups of the dress and its included accessories (sash and slip), which could not be loaded onto the website due to their size, but which I can provide upon request.
