This is a stunning wedding dress! It was purchased from an adorable bridal shop (www.a&bebridalshop.com) and has only been worn for a few hours. It is truly the best of both worlds – elegent yet comfortable, modern yet timeless, feminine without being fussy. The flowing skirt adds drama while the structured sweetheart bodice is flattering and chic. It’s a versatile and effortless dress, and I’m excited to pass it along to another fashionable bride as I don’t have the space to store it.
I wore this dress for my August 2015 mountain resort wedding. I felt beautiful in it and received many compliments. I wore the dress for the ceremony and dinner, then changed into a shorter dress for dancing. Accordingly, the dress is in good condition. The front of the gown is impeccable; the back of the gown has a faint stain that truly can hardly be seen as a result of the flowing layers of silk that largely cover it. Nonetheless, I am happy to send additional pictures to interested buyers.
Here’s the description of “Lea” from Leanne Marshall’s website:
“This stunning gown has a deep sweetheart bodice and a skirt that will flow and drift in even the softest breeze. The bodice is duchess silk satin that has been embellished with a gathered silk. The skirt is yard upon yard of weightless satin faced silk chiffon. The train can be bustled for effortless dancing. The gown is fully boned and has thin, wide-set straps. Because of the support of the gown, the straps can be tucked in without compromising fit. This gown is a showstopper.”
