  • Should I offer a return policy?

We say yes. Our research shows that offering a return policy increases your chance of a sale. There are pros and cons associated with both options, but it ultimately depends on your comfort level and preference as the seller. If you decide to offer a return policy consider these points.

  • How do I transact with my buyer?

Transactions are simple. We recommend PayPal or Escrow.com for a safe, secure transaction. If you're using PayPal, you can create an invoice directly from any mailbox conversation. Read more here.
