  • THE STORY

This dress is BRAND NEW and has NEVER BEEN WORN. Its only been tried on 3 times and was never altered. It’s in perfect condition. Gracie was part of the Sottero & Midgley couture line of Maggie Sottero from 2010 and was discontinued, I believe, around 2014. You can ONLY get this dress re-sale. Its a beautiful/unique wedding dress made with ivory silk taffeta material. It has a ruched bodice, dipped neckline, corseted back, an A-line silhouette with drop waist and a full skirt featuring pleated ruffles. The one-arm ruffled strap is completely detachable. Some suggestions for the dress: You can wear a crinoline slip underneath to add even more volume to the pleated ruffle skirt. I was going to wear the detachable strap to my ceremony and then remove it at the reception and add a statement necklace to achieve two different looks on my day. For bling you can add a brooch to the gathering of ruffles on the side or possibly even an embellished belt. I can share more photos over email or text if needed.

  • ALTERATIONS

This dress was not altered in any way but because of the pleated ruffle skirt it wasn't able to be hemmed therefore the dress was ordered cut to my specific height. I am 5'4" and was accounting for wearing a 3-4" heel. it may be too short for anyone that would be over 5'8" in shoes.

  • PRESERVATION

This dress was stored in its original dust ruffle bag unexposed to any elements. Its in perfect condition, there is no discoloration etc.
