Returns will NOT be accepted due to change of mind, or if the gown does not fit. No exceptions! Pictures will be taken prior to shipping out. The buyer must notify you of her intention to return the item within 2 days of receiving it. The item must be returned in the exact condition in which it was sent. The buyer must provide a tracking number for the return shipment within 4 days. The return shipment must be insured for the purchase value and returned at the buyer's expense. The refund will not be provided until the seller receives the returned item and confirms its condition.
Dress Alterations
Two minor alterations: 1. Added a bustle 2. Hemmed up about 1 inch (still a tad too long with 4-inch heels.) ***Note the lace on my dress is different from the original. Nektaria had JUST changed the lace on the gown when I was ready to order it. Still beautiful!
