Rime Arodaky Ailey

This absolutely gorgeous, light as air, elegant yet playful Rime Arodaky Ailey gown is the perfect wedding dress for the modern yet romantic bride. Rime Arodaky is a Paris designer that only has 9 bridal boutiques in the USA offering her dresses, with only one of those being in Chicago.

It is high-waisted with crepe and embroidered tulle. The top has hand-embroidered tulle flowers lined with skin colour tulle. It has long sleeves, a keyhole back, and a slight trumpet silhouette crepe skirt with an A-line tulle overskirt.

A couple of things to note: There is a small tear in the tulle overskirt at the bottom back of the dress and the metal eye of the hook & eye closure is missing. Both of these are easily fixable through a tailor when doing alterations.

The gown has no staining and has not been dry-cleaned yet, as over-cleaning the dress is not recommended, due to the material. Dry cleaning closer to the wedding day would be more than sufficient as the material is light and delicate. It is also recommended to have alterations done before cleaning the gown so that you do not have to clean it again after alterations.

It was purchased as a sample from Alice in Ivory in Chicago, IL (USA). It has not been worn outside and NO alterations have been done. The gown is slightly larger on me and not true to my size so I would not go off of my measurements. For this reason, I am providing measurements of the gown lying flat.
