Dress Alterations
The original straight neckline was altered into a sweetheart neckline. A bustle with three buttons was added so that the chapel-length train could be raised up. All alterations were lovingly and skillfully made by my mom, a professional formalwear tailor of 20 years.

Jenny Yoo Lucinda Wedding Dress
I wore this beautiful dress for my indoor Chicago wedding in July. There are so many details I loved about this dress: the delicate lace pattern on top, the Chantilly lace sweetheart neckline, the perfectly flattering way it hugged my curves, and the way it twirled! More details from Jenny Yoo's website: Floral embroidery highlights the top of a strapless wedding gown, expertly fitted at the bodice with figure-flattering princess seams. A scalloped eyelash-lace neckline and dramatically sweeping layered-organza skirt complete the romantic look.
Fit-wise, I consider myself pear-shaped and don't usually like to draw attention to that but this dress was so flattering on the hips and forgiving as an A-line silhouette. I'm 5'2" and wore mid-height heels and the length of the dress was just perfect.
The dress was professionally dry cleaned and stored in a preservation box. It has been kept in a temperature-controlled, smoke-free, pet-friendly home. I haven't taken it out of the preservation box since having it professionally cleaned (didn't want to break the seal!) but can certainly unseal it to make sure everything looks 100% before sending it out.
