The dress was bought at Molle Bridal in Palm Beach gardens. The shop was very helpful and a pleasant experience to purchase a dress! I really liked Kenneth Winston’s lines in bridal magazines, but the dresses were on average out of budget. I loved this dress from the second I saw it on the hanger and it looked equally beautiful once it was on! I love the back of this dress (alone, about 60% of the reason I bought it) and wore my hair up to show the back.
I tend to wear size large (8-10) pants, and small/medium (4-6-8) tops.
A bustle was added to hold up the train. Some of the bottom of the inner layers were cut out. This did not alter the look of the dress. I had them cut out because I was stepping on the inner layers as I walked forward (this solved the problem perfectly)! Removing these layers also made it a little cooler under the dress. Dress-bra-inserts were sewn into the bust of the dress to help shape bust and eliminate need for separate bra.
The dress has been stored in dress bag for the 6 months before the wedding. It was cleaned a few weeks after the wedding at a dry-cleaners and has been stored in dry cleaners bag and dress bag since the middle of July (2015).
