Don’t you love Sarah and Kareem’s beautiful Brooklyn wedding?? There is such a timeless, New York feel with a little hint of whimsy. And this wedding just goes to show that you don’t have to have a huge budget to pull of a beautiful ceremony and reception. The bride and groom did almost everything themselves! So sweet…
Flowers: Lilac, Viburnum and Spirea in vintage blue Ball Jars (ebay) and an assortment of old beer & soda bottles from an antique store in PA. Sarah and her mom arranged all of the flowers on our own, something they’ve done on occasion for other people’s events. For the bridal party bouquets, they re-used the flower arrangements from the Rehearsal Dinner the night before. Just a little florist tape and ribbon! Boutonnieres came from Opalia, in Brooklyn.
Dress: Blue by Enzoani from The White Gown in Brooklyn. Sash and headpiece were made by a friend.
