Can you believe it’s already August? I thought we could start off the month by sharing this adorable Brooklyn wedding with you. These days, there is something about a sweet, simple wedding like this one that keeps catching my eye–and heart!

The couple, Jen and Scott, did all of the planning themselves and made a lot of the decor (burlap table runners, skeleton key place cards, napkins, photo booth back drop) or sourced it from Etsy (including the bride’s dress). The ceremony was held at Wagner’s Cove in Central Park and then they had a dinner reception at one of their favorite restaurants in Brooklyn, Frankies Spuntino

I love that Jen and Scott were married in Central Park–what a perfect New York ceremony! Both the ceremony and reception had such a classic, New York feel with a sweet twist of Brooklyn style. And on a side note, how adorable is Jen’s red hair with just a simple barrette? So sweet!
