I love hearing about the details that make a wedding day so sentimental. All the family history and stories that get woven together on a wedding day can make it so special. The details of Libby and Ben’s celebration are just tugging at my heart!
My favorite detail from our wedding was the intimate ceremony – the tiny chapel created a setting where the officiant and musicians didn’t need a mic, all of our guests felt included in the occasion, and all of the details from the music to the message were so special and personal to us. My most memorable moment was walking down the isle. Ben and I opted not to see each other before the ceremony, so that first glimpse when the chapel doors opened was so special and very emotional. My dad escorted me down the aisle to some very talented friends playing a song that is very meaningful to us. The whole thing was beautiful and a bit surreal.
