We would just LOVE to win Jen’s photography! Dusty and I got engaged on January 1 and I just opened my own business (hair stylist), so we’re planning on a short time frame and really trying to focus on the things that matter to us – going to my parent’s small town in Manitoba for the wedding (Dusty and I both live in British Columbia, Canada), having the ceremony in a burnt-down stone barn just down the road from their farm (it’s so beautiful – it looks like it’s straight from Scotland), and having AMAZING food. After debating about a tent and worrying about mosquitoes, the reception is going to be indoors, at a local arts centre/museum with tons of natural light and is set in an old rock quarry. We also just really want a good party – this wedding has been a long time coming! Dusty is a pro wakeboarder and has a crazy schedule, and we’re inviting family and friends from all over Canada and the US, so we’re really excited to see everyone and have an amazing (hopefully relaxing) day. One of my bridesmaids is a florist, so we’re letting her take the lead with the planning. Because we’re planning on such a short timeline, amazing photographers are hard to find :) We’d love to have Jen there to capture the day and would be so excited to win! Thanks so much!

Hi! My friend Greg Wong referred us to you! This is an exciting contest! My fiancé and I are getting married on 10/10/2015 in Manhattan, NYC, and we are looking for photographers for our wedding. I’d love to win this contest but if not, hopefully I can get a discounted quote from you!

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

My fiance’s and I will be getting married in Chicago at the trump hotel on 6/27/15. There are so many places in the city we love and would like to capture through and engagement session. We actually met on Instagram over 2 years ago and have been in love ever since! Our style is classic and I love organic romantic photos. There is beautiful greenery near millennium park and that would be our ideal location to shoot.

My fiance and are currently living in Maui, Hawaii and are getting married on October 10, 2015 under an avenue of 100 year old oak trees on family property in our hometown of Charleston, SC. The reception will be a rustic vintage style set on a salt water creek with marsh grass and spectacular sunset views. Farm tables will be adorned with succulents and Spanish moss, and low country local food and craft drinks will be served. We are a relaxed easy going couple who loves to surf and enjoy nature. We would love to win this contest because my closest childhood friend is a professional photographer and I want her to be a part of the wedding and not have to worry about taking pictures. I have yet to find another photographer to fill her shoes until I randomly came across your photos on Instagram this morning. I really love your vintage organic style of photography. I have always been a huge fan of film cameras, and the photographer’s play on natural light which you capture so well in your images. It would be a pleasure to connect with you regardless if we are chosen or not.
Sending sunshine and aloha your way from the Hawaiian Islands,
Lauren

Apparently I can’t read, and completely overlooked the part that says “wedding must take place in 2015.” Never mind me! Please keep me in mind if you happen to run a similar contest in 2016!

Soooo my best friend Steven just proposed to me on Monday! I’m still on cloud 9 and it still feels unreal to me.

We are getting married on August 22, 2015 in Los angeles! So for with wedding plans I am really wanting a “garden themed” wedding. I have always been in love with flowers.. All types and Steven always brings me flowers whether it’s because I’m having a bad day or just to surprise me. Steven is the love of my life and I can’t wait to spend eternity with him! & it would be a dream, if you could photograph this special day for us.
