From the Planner:
Secelia and Keith’s intimate wedding, inspired by Mexican painter Frieda Kahlo, had us drooling from the very beginning with all the details. Set at the bride’s family home in Lake Tapps, their wonderful vision was brought to life through the design and floral elements. The couple’s incredible style looked like they had just stepped off a movie set in the 1950’s. Secelia’s jaw-dropping dress was perfect with her glamorous Hollywood waves and bold red lips. She kept a little of the boho feel by wearing barefoot sandals and putting her bridesmaids in flowing white dresses that allowed their bouquets and turquoise jewelry to really pop. Keith wore a classic black suit and bow tie – full of James Dean swagger!

To help bring the Frieda Kahlo vision to life, Secelia brought in gorgeous barnwood tables and benches from Seattle Farm Tables, hung white papel pecado in their reception tent and even served amazing street tacos for dinner. The couple’s dog, aptly named Frieda, was even walked down the aisle by the bride’s brother as their flower girl. Every touch was personal and meaningful!
