Modern Wedding Inspiration in an Old-World Setting

A gorgeous setting creates an undeniable mood and atmosphere for a wedding, so we always suggest that brides choose their venues carefully and before they start the rest of their planning. In the case of this inspiration shoot, the old-world setting of this European-inspired castle (in Arkansas!) becomes the most luxurious backdrop. Read on for more of the modern design inspiration!

More from the designer, Jessica of Zimmerman Events:
“Nestled in the heart of Arkansas, we have the unique luxury of being surrounded by all of the beauty this state has to offer. The Castle on Stagecoach may only be half an hour’s drive from our studio door, but it feels like stepping into something magical across the ocean. When selecting the elements of this shoot, we were inspired by the old world European character of the castle and wanted to create a stark contrast between a style that is notorious for beautiful details – everything from its rough-hewn stone walls to ornate ironwork–with a minimalistic style that portrays an almost lack of detail, a forgotten simplicity. Unstructured arrangements of greenery and white maintained effortlessness while adding a contemporary element. The result was an ethereal and enchanting scene that allowed the location to speak for itself.”
