This wedding is both dainty + carefree. Loose, haphazard florals are paired with luscious daffodil-colored silk, sweet Pastille favors, and casual bottles of lemonade. It’s a mixture of new and old, fancy and inexpensive.
It’s equally charming in a rambling meadow or a classical, white room.
Bouquet + Boutonniere
The bride’s bouquet is made from a mixture of farmer’s market daffodils (cost in season $7) and tied with a striped ribbon ($2.50). The boutonniere is one variety of narcissus tied with yellow seam binding ($1).
Tables are set with a luscious silk checked tablecloth (home-made from fabric, $60) and paired with white Chivari chairs (8.50 ea). Vases are cleaned out old jam and canning jars filled with farmer’s market flowers. Grape hyacinth, goldenrod, narcissus/daffodils, and tulips. Favors are french pastille candies ($2.50 ea.), Plates are plain white rentals paired with embellished dessert plates.Napkins are mix and match vintage linens (similar $1-10).

Note: If you are making more than one, many fabric stores will sell a bolt of fabric at wholesale or at least a discount Also, to save money you could create only runners out this fabric and lay them over white, rental tableclothes.
