An Enticing Wedding Color Palette of Icy Blue, Burnt Orange, Soft Yellow, and Blush Pink

When dreaming up this shoot we were inspired by the neutral shades of fallen leaves, dormant grasses, and natural wooden elements. We also wanted to incorporate a few fun pops of color that organically occur in the transition from Fall to Winter, such as the burnt orange berries and the dusty blue of the icy winter days to come. We felt like this color palette could be easily transitioned from late Summer, to Fall and even into Winter since it incorporates both warm and cool tones together.

Board and Batten was the perfect neutral backdrop with its clean lines, tall ceilings and wooden barn doors. The unique herringbone pattern wall in the main hall was a stunning backdrop for the tablescape. We decided to use mixed metals, with the copper chargers, bronze candlesticks and platinum flatware. This mix seamlessly complimented the dusty blue linen and pops of yellow and orange in the florals. The blush and ivory gold-splattered macarons were presented on a clear depression glass tray, and all of the paper goods kept to neutral shades with classic gold wax seals on hand-torn papers.

The beaded gown was a creamy champagne color with an ivory tulle overlay that fit the bride beautifully. The vintage-inspired hairpins, drop earrings, and floral beaded heels made charming accessories. We hope this seasonal transition color palette and focus on organic textures can give both Fall and Winter brides a new and unique vision.
