Gorgeous new Essence of Australia gown for sale. I bought two wedding gowns, and one has to find a new home. This dress was purchased from a small bridal store in Monroe, WI as a sample gown on clearance. Unfortunately, the design number and tags were removed as soon as I paid for the dress, so I’m not sure exactly what the design number is. The dress is fully lined with a slight crinoline at the bottom of the skirt to enhance the bell-shape of the gown. There is substantial boning and cup support inside the bodice, which means no additional cups need to be sewn in. The dress has this gorgeous lace overlay, with beading and embroidered detail throughout the gown, but more heavily detailed at the bust and hem. There is a slight sweep train, but nothing overwhelming. This is perfect for a simple summer ceremony or a destination wedding. The dress laces up in back, and comes with a privacy panel. There is also an amazing detachable lace train. The train connects to the gown with two snaps on the back. It’s a nice way to add detail during the ceremony, but removes so you won’t need to bustle the gown either. I had planned to detach the train and use it as a veil, since it matches perfectly. The gown is a sample size 10. In the photos, I am typically a 0/2. There were minimal clamps (mostly to cinch the hips in) on the gown in those photos. Since the back laces, it really works for a wide range of sizes. The dress was originally marked at $1299. I bought it on clearance for $800 and am asking for $550. This is less than half the original price for a brand new gown.
