I am typically a street size 6 or 8 and I am 5’5″ and 3/4″, 130 pounds. I have more detailed measurements if necessary. I did not have it hemmed as I didn’t need it with my heels that were about 3 inches. It has a French style bustle. It was comfortable and I didn’t want to take it off all night! :)
