Dress was shortened, is appropriate for a 5’5″ person with 1 1/2″ heels. A french bustle was added. Both of these alterations were costly and done well.
Dress is not dry-cleaned. There are a few very light grass stains on the very bottom of hem which could be cleaned or hemmed away. Is in the NYC area in case you want to see it.
