I bought this dress because I absolutely loved it, planning to have it altered to fit my size. The dress is made of beautiful chiffon and is simple and elegant. For religious purposes I needed something to cover my shoulders, but I couldn’t find anything that looked right. My wedding was rapidly approaching so, sadly, I ended up having to wear a different dress. This dress was a rack sample and has been tried on a few times, but never worn out and about. The strap tag is still attached.
