Cups were added at the bust, but can be removed.
Satin was hemmed shorter in the back to alleviate the weight of the dress.

Side underarms: taken in a little bit (but can be taken out)
Shoulders: taken up a little bit (but can be re-adjusted a little bit due to the way my seamstress altered it)
