This is an unworn, but altered gown. I bought this as a back-up as month before my wedding because I was loosing a lot of weight and was afriad that I would not fit into my gown. I did, however, gain most of the weight back and wore my gown (you can see it listed on here as well- Watters Pasadena).
The dress is a size 2, but I am a size 4 with wider hips and it fits well. It of course could be alerted to be smaller. It is fitted through the wasit and hips and flares out slightly to give it movement as you dance. The lace is a beautiful antique ivory which lays over an ivory satin. The interior of the dress is lined with satin as well so it is very soft next to the skin and comfortable. It has cups sewn in as well, which can be removed.
It was difficult to find a good picture of the dress so here is a link to it on Ann Taylor’s website:
I had only the top of this dress alerted, which was originally a keyhole back. I alerted it because although the keyhole was beautiful, it covered way too much skin and was very conservative looking. The sleeves lay naturally as cap sleeves (slightly over the shoulders), but could be wore as regular sleeves as well, or removed for a sleeveless look. My seamstress also told me the neckline could be alerted to be a sweetheart.
