The simple and charming wedding of Natalie + Jared from the incredible Jill Thomas showed up in my reader recently and I couldn’t wait to share it with everyone. This DIY bride made her own adorable necklace and bouquet. Talent must run in the family, because the gorgeous wedding dress was made by her mother. So sweet and romantic….

Are you kidding me!!?? WOW. That is one stunning dress and necklace, it’s incredible that the bride and her mom made them! That is so amazing! What a beautiful couple.
Such a breath of fresh air!!! It’s beautiful.
How on earth did she make that beautiful necklace I want one really badd!
so so sweet. loved every perfect, little detail.
love her dress!
Love it – love it – love it. A beautiful couple obviously in love – the dress/the flowers/the necklace couldn’t have been more perfect. How refreshing to see a wedding that looks “real”.
On a scale of 1-10, I would give it an 11.
gorgeous! jill…you’re amazing! to the bride and groom, you’re so beautiful. great wedding!
yes, yes, yes, yes….this is why i love this blog so much. what an amazing set of images. so fresh and happy!
i am in love with this wedding and completely agree with what sallie said. it is so “real” and the photographer did a marvelous job of capturing the charm of this couple. and her necklace is to die for!
Is her mom willing to make more dresses? It is EXACTLY what I’ve been looking for to wear at my wedding.
Love the outfit, especially necklace!
One of my favorite weddings you’ve ever featured. Charming is the perfect word for it. The bride is gorgeous!!
oooo…how delightful! her dress, the photography, the necklace…everything is so wonderful.
Absolutely lovely! What brand is that jacket? I’d love a closer look at it!
Natalie! Such a babe. She’s even sweeter in person. xoxo
This post particularly struck me. The simple color palate, the beautiful dresses and the landscape – stunning.
So gorgeous! Such lovely and sweet images.
goodness. this is one beautiful wedding. not overly done or styled…my favorite kind:)
I love seeing chic LDS weddings, and that dress is to die for, modesty or not. And the necklace! The so subtle bridesmaid dresses! Totally yummy, all over.
What a gorgeous wedding. It’s such a shame that it took place at the home of Prop 8 – which took away the right for other loving couples to marry. I hope this chic LDS couple can appreciate gay and lesbian’s desire to have just as meaningful and emotional day.
so cute! love her dress!
I saw this featured on another blog and fell in love. The oranges are the sweetest touch! I bet this couple is thrilled to see their wedding get so much coverage! Congrats you two!
Beautiful color palette!
Weddings like this make me so excited about my wedding. Cute couple!
Wow. I am so impressed her mom made her wedding dress. It really turned out beautiful:)
the wedding dress is so simple, yet so very unique… I’m jealous… I want a mom like that!!!
Gorgeous photography! Nice to see such modest dresses as well.
these images are classic and the bride’s style is incredibly adorable. i so wish i could pull a look like this off:)
So Natural and Pretty
this is the wedding of the New Year

Does anyone know what flowers are in the bouquet? Id love to make something similar!
The bridesmaid dresses are super cute too!! Never heard of this photographer either, but i’m so glad I found her work through here. Its really really really beautiful.
so sweet and precious. im assuming this is film. lovely!!
Weddings like this make me so excited .I want to have a wedding againg
How cute are these? She is just lovely; great style.
oooh, i love this wedding! I think that she should give us all a lovely tutorial for her necklace :)
So sweet. Definitely one of my favorites I’ve seen thus far on your site. Keep up the great work!
I am Natalie’s sister and was one of the bridesmaids. I truly think Natalie was one of the most beautiful brides I’ve ever seen. You guys should have seen her reception too, just as unique and stunning…. and of course every last detail was Natalie’s idea. She not only made many of the decorations, but she made her own wedding cake, and her own wedding invitations too! The girl is unbelievable.
I absolutely love her dress! Is there any way to find out what pattern her mother followed or how she made the dress? I would love to know and do something similar. Thank you so much for showing us this beautiful wedding. Wow!
Her mother did a spectacular job on the dress.
This dress is so sophisticated and simply beautiful! Kudos to the talented bride and her mother. Love the necklace. It ties in so well with the brides colors and her dress!
Also what a great idea to carry on the color theme of the wedding line but have the bridesmaids in different styles of dresses! It really lends itself to a wedding where the bride can show her style! Congrats & best wishes!
