Currently loving these beautiful, hand-woven owls from Lauren Alane. How adorable are the Mr. and Mrs. in the top right hand corner? Beautiful fold out wedding invitation created by Tugboat Printshop from a piece of handcarved wood. Not only do I love the bold colors throughout the fold out, but the RSVP card to the right you just tear off to send. How perfect is that? This was my first time attending ICE(Indie Craft Experience) fair in Atlanta this weekend. It was extremely hot, but it was great to get outside and meet some very talented vendors. Two of my favorites are below:

Amy is the creator behind Ministry of Tiny Hats and all the fun "mini" hats above are her lovely creations. I love the idea of wearing hats to a wedding period, but adding tiny hats to the celebration sounds even more fun. She can create custom pieces of any type, so if you are interested you can convo her at her etsy store.

Eva Jorgenson of Sycamore Street Press had my favorite booth at ICE. Her letterpress pieces are absolutey delightful and I love how she displayed all her papers in vintage suitcases. Eva creates custom wedding invitations, so if you are in the market for invites you can convo her at her etsy store.

I am so excited to end the week with a feature from the incredible wedding of Melissa and Adam planned by Alison Events. Alison was generous enough to send their beautiful, fall wedding with a summary of their day:

Melissa and Adam were married last fall at Carneros Inn located in Napa, Ca and were blessed with amazing weather.
There ceremony took place in the apple orchard with the vineyards in
the background then guests walked up to the hilltop terrace were they
enjoyed cocktails as they admired the beautiful pool and then enjoyed a
three course dinner paired with Napa valley wines under the stars.
Dancing took place inside the hilltop restaurant till the wee hours of
the night.

Alison is one of the most sensational event planners I’ve had the honor of crossing paths with in the wedding world. Not only are her weddings filled with an incredible amount of creativity and beauty, but she never seems to overlook any of those lovely details that we all love and enjoy when attending a wedding. She recently launched a blog, so be sure to put her in your reader to stay up to date with her recent "real weddings" and tips for planning a wedding of your own. She is also coming out with a wonderful book this upcoming winter on destination weddings called Destination Weddings: The Ultimate Planning Guide To Weddings Afar.

I plan on braving through the insane heat and humidity this weekend to attend the Atlanta Indie Craft Experience at Centennial in search of vendors for a wonderful little project I am working on for Once Wed, so hopefully I will have some wonderful pictures to post on Monday from the fair.
