After seeing a post on Matthew Mead via Holly at Decor8, I decided to take a further look at his updated site and it is STUNNING. Even though the majority of his work is with interior design, I felt most of his ideas would translate very well into weddings too. From the yummy coconut cake, which would look great as a three layer cake, or the beautiful pave dish used as a centerpiece. The candle is above is one of many diy projects with lace on his website. See more Matthew Mead here……

I love how lace is making a comeback. Its transceded the status of something old and tacky to elegant and timeless. There are so many beautiful options for bringing lace into a wedding from a Dolce and Gabanna dress, beautiful tableclothes or $5 mexican paper flags. Enjoy….

I had a reader email me today asking where she could find an emmanuel ungaro wedding dress. After doing some research it looks like Emmanuel Ungaro has partnered with Pronovias in the past to desing gowns under their line. I included some pictures of a Emmanuel Ungaro wedding dress I found on ebay and also some pictures of gowns from his current couture line. So, Rachel, here is your inspiration for an emmanuel ungaro wedding dress.
