FAQ

When will my dress be shipped?

If in stock: we will need to obtain sales agreement, credit card authorization and copies of cc and picture id before we can ship. Once we receive all the information above, we will ship the dress the next business day. If the dress is not in stock, it will take 18 weeks. Upon purchase, a representative from Saja will contact you to confirm all of the information above.

Once final payment has been received, your dresses will ship via UPS Ground with insurance. There is a $20.00 shipping charge applied to each order for this service (for shipping within the continental United States). If you prefer expedited shipping, we are happy to ship per your request (i.e. UPS Next Day Air, FedEx 3 – Day Air) for an additional charge respective to the service. Delivery date of your order and a shipping number will be communicated to you by a SajaWedding representative at the time of shipment.

How do I know what size to order?

Please refer to our sizing chart, which can be found on each boutique page. Saja Wedding’s sizes range from 0 to 14. We will work with each customer to determine which size is best. It is also recommended that you have your measurements taken professionally by a tailor. If there are any alterations you would like to make, you will need to do so after purchasing your dress; Saja Wedding is not responsible for any changes in fit, style or appearance you deem necessary. Saja Wedding would be more than happy to provide you with a list of trusted ateliers we recommend.

Do you accept returns?

All Bridal and Bridesmaid dresses are non-returnable. All sales are final.

How come you didn’t ask for my credit card information during check out?

It is important to us for your experience to be personal and secure so that you can be confident in your dress purchase because, after all, it’s one of the most important purchases you will ever make!
