A Town and Country Wedding
After picking up the new issue of Martha Stewart Weddings magazine this weekend, I fell head over heels in love with the wedding below and wanted to share it here. Chloe and Matthew are incredible designers behind the jewerly line, Bernbach, who were based in Brooklyn, NY before buying a 50 acre farm in the Catskills Mountatins. They love both love 70′s punk rock music, which influenced the neon pink coloring in all the wonderful details. Enjoy!
Incredible stationary with a pear motif designed by Athena Preston. Chloe’s mother designed the bouquet made of flowers and herbs picked from their farm.
Chloe and Athena designed the paper table runners with rubber stamps and pens(I love how they incroporated pink throughout the wedding, but it doest come off girly or frou frouish). The hodge podge of chairs are from flea markets and the trees were a gift from her father.
The jams are from the fruit grown on their farm. The strawberry and pears are mini "ice cream" treats for guests. The cake, made by her sister, recalls Chloe’s woodsy bouquet.
