weight feeling - just a thin layer of crinolin at the bottom. Perfect for a destination wedding bride! I bought it for my destination wedding but decided I wanted a big poofy dress anyway - otherwise this is perfect for a beach wedding! Not altered - only tried on once in the store. In garment bag for last few weeks waiting to be re-sold.
