Gorgeously simple ivory silk halter dress with inner lining. J Crew has discontinued making this beautiful dress. I fell in love with this style, but unfortunately the dress is a little too short for me. I am 5'10" and it is about an inch too short ....

I would recommend it for someone who is 5'8" or shorter, including shoes. Also, I am a street size 6 and this dress was a titch loose in the back. That might be part of the fit, but if you want it snug you may need to have it slightly taken in. Otherwise, it is brand new, with tags on. I hope that someone slightly shorter will enjoy it! Please note that the dress is an ivory color. The actual pictures from the J Crew site portray it more of a bright white. The last picture more accurately captures the actual color.
