Beautiful Monique Lhuillier Swan Lake in excellent condition. This dress was worn once for my June 2008 wedding and was professionally cleaned immediately thereafter. The dress is a bridal size 10. I typically wear between a 4 and an 8 in dresses. I am 5'9 and wore 3.5" heels....
No hem was needed. Only alterations made to the dress were to shorten the train and lengthen the spaghetti straps.
There is one small tear at the very bottom of the tulle and the underside of the train is slightly stained. Neither is noticeable, particularly when the dress is on. Note also that if you will need the dress hemmed, it is likely that the small tear will disappear.
