Cozy and Elegant Winter Wedding II

A winter wedding can allow for less traditional attire. I love the idea of the bride and groom dressing for the weather- wearing boots, hats and scarves. The bride’s dress is more fashion than bridal, and groom looks dapper in a three piece suit, spending most of his time out of the jacket, his shirt sleeves rolled up. We both look relaxed, comfortable, and classic.

we’re all set for august 4th 2012, but seeing this spread makes me DIE for a lush, flowy, cozy white get-up, and plush socks with a red stripe. plus “thank god snow is white – it works!” – father of the bride.
