Aren’t Celeste and Brent adorable? They celebrated their marriage with a small, intimate ceremony in Sonoma and said their vows underneath that perfect tree. Don’t you just love Celeste’s dress? Its so wonderfully simple and sweet. Congratulations to this beautiful couple!

She really pulled off that veil! I wanted to work the birdcage veil, but it was a little funny on my head :) But that’s okay because the mantilla was perfect!

What a small yet beautiful wedding! I’m curious to know what the couple used on the ground to create a pathway leading up to the big tree? The effect is beautiful! I’m planning a small wedding at the Royal Botanic Gardens in Sydney and would love to be able to do something like that to add a special personal touch to the site. Anyone has any suggestions?

To answer your questions:

@Jenny and Kate – We got married at Lancaster Estate in Healdsburg. We fell in love with the big tree and knew we wanted to get married there!

@Danielle – To create the pathway, we used a fabric runner and placed small rocks along both sides to keep it down and sprinkled rose petals over it.
