She really pulled off that veil! I wanted to work the birdcage veil, but it was a little funny on my head :) But that’s okay because the mantilla was perfect!

What a lovely wedding :)

Beautiful wedding! I love that big old tree – can you tell us where this was?

Love the last pic. I hope that got that at home in a frame.

What a small yet beautiful wedding! I’m curious to know what the couple used on the ground to create a pathway leading up to the big tree? The effect is beautiful! I’m planning a small wedding at the Royal Botanic Gardens in Sydney and would love to be able to do something like that to add a special personal touch to the site. Anyone has any suggestions?

Hi everyone! Thank you for your wonderful comments. You guys are so sweet! :)

To answer your questions:

@Jenny and Kate – We got married at Lancaster Estate in Healdsburg. We fell in love with the big tree and knew we wanted to get married there!

@Danielle – To create the pathway, we used a fabric runner and placed small rocks along both sides to keep it down and sprinkled rose petals over it.

beautiful photographs – love the last one.
