I bought it at a sample sale at Priscilla of Boston for $1500 (it originally sold at over $3000) -- so at $650, it's a steal for whoever gets it. It's in amazing condition for a sample dress -- I would swear no one else has even tried it on. No rips, tears or anything. I haven't done any alterations, so everything is in original condition and ready for you to alter, if necessary. It's a wedding dress size 8, probably closer to a street size 6.
