which is why I got such a great deal. It is now discontinued and can no longer be ordered. It is in excellent condition and has not been altered. The dress is a trumpet silhouette with a flattering sweetheart neckline. It has a lace overlay and beautiful beadwork throughout the lace. It gives the dress just the right amount of shimmer. The beading becomes more intricate at the top of the dress creating stunning details from the front and back. The hemline is finished with scalloped lace and light beading. It is a subtle feature but really elevates the elegance of the train. I also purchased sheer cap sleeves for the dress at $39. They can be sewn in permanently or fixed in with hook and eye so that they are removable between the ceremony and the reception. They add a very personal touch and allow the possibility of two looks in one dress! For the height... I am 5'4" and the length of the dress fits me perfectly in 4" heels. The listed measurements are according to the David's Bridal website. My measurements are bust: 36", waist: 29", and hips: 37.5". The bust of the dress and waist of the dress are a little too tight on me. But I do not have any problem with the hips. I hope this dress finds a loving home!
