at the bottom. This dress was worn for my wedding in July 2009 and it was extremely difficult to make the decision to sell. There are some minor soil markings and a small tear on the tip/inside of the train which can go unnoticed unless someone is staring at the bottom of your train. It is a beautiful dress and you will absolutely love it. There was a minor alteration made to the dress. It was professionally tailored by a well respected tailor in San Francisco (who also tailored my husband's suit). The side seams on top were tightened ("very" little), white hooks and thread ring were put on the back of the dress for the train, and thread hooks were put on the back of the halter to tighten the neck. The length of the halter neck and the dress were untouched and the hooks can of course be undone. I am 5' 8" without shoes and wore 3" heels with the dress. My bra size is 32/34 B cups. The dress has been professionally cleaned, steam pressed and carefully preserved in a gloss preservation chest with acid-free tissue.
