Originally worth $6,600!! From the Spring 2010 Carmela Sutera Collection. Silk duchess satin gown with hand beaded French alencon lace bodice and French alencon lace hem. without it (which actually makes it look better!). I bought this dress about two months ago at a sample sale for less than half the price (originally $6,600 plus tax), at $3,200. I was sure I would keep it until I tried on a different style and fell in love! So...this one's up for sale so that I can go buy "the one"!! I am 5'4" and the dress was considerably long on me (even with 3 inch heels). So this would fit perfectly on someone much taller, or alterations would have to be done for someone my height or shorter. Because it is a sample dress there are two things that will need to be fixed. The first are two very, very small stains on the back of the train (please ask for pictures) and the second is a small portion of the bottom lace hemming that has been damaged (please ask for pictures). However, both of these imperfections were easily missed by me until I did a thorough inspection of the dress. The price therefore reflects these imperfections.
