I’ve got another beautiful wedding for today all the way from Los Angeles to New York (their LA wedding was recently featured on Snippet & Ink). How much fun to have the chance to plan two separate weddings with completely different looks. That’s exactly what Nina and Russell did with big day, and the talented Charlotte Jenks Lewis was there to capture both gorgeous events. The bride showed up in an all black ensemble for their New York wedding and was absolutely stunning…

okay i see. i google’d and read that they got married in LA where she wore a white gown and they had a reception there & in NY. The one in NY is where she wore the black gown.

Where can I find state postcards like those (I’m assuming that she’s using ones from NYC because the party was in NYC!) And did she only use blank ones? Or did she back them with something so guests could write notes??

where was the NY wedding held? looks like a stunning venue.
The reception was held at 632 on Hudson ( http://www.632onhudson.com) and her dress is Monique Lhuillier which the bride purchased at a sample sale.

She bought a lot of those postcards on ebay, I believe. And some of them already had notes on the back, but most of them were blank.
