covered buttons. I felt that this dress is timeless, which was very important to me. The fabric of this dress is incredible. It is surprisingly thick and substantial, and it helps to give the dress its shape. I had extra tulle added into the dress so that it would give the bottom a fuller appearance. I also had a simple one point bustle added to this dress. All alterations were performed at Priscilla of Boston. The dress can be taken in and/or hemmed. Dress comes with optional straps. I absolutely love this dress but at the same time, I'm very practical and know that I won't wear it again. I'd love to see someone else rock it. The dress is in perfect condition, with no stains, tears, etc. I can't describe enough how well this dress held up. The wedding was indoors. It still looks brand new. Something to consider is that I will ship out this dress immediately, and I had to wait a solid six months for it to come in at Priscilla of Boston. Please contact me with ANY questions!!
