Elegant & sassy. This is an organza strapless short dress with bias bands and satin belt from Priscilla of Boston's Platinum line. This dress was purchased brand-new from Priscilla of Boston and it is currently featured in the Priscilla ad campaign in all major bridal magazines.
I wore this...
as a reception dress (it moves great when dancing/twirling) for my September 2009 wedding. It can also be worn as a modern alternative to a ceremony dress. The dress is a size 2 with original measurements of 33/25/35. It turned out that the waist was a bit tight for me right before the wedding, so I ended up letting out the waist about an inch and the hips about 1/2 inch -- therefore, it currently fits 33/26/35.5. According to the seamstress, there is room to let out the bust as well, if need be. I am 5'4" (5'7" with heels) so I also shortened the dress 2 inches by removing one layer of organza (I have saved this layer in the event that a taller person purchases the dress).
